Developmental venous anomaly (also known as venous angioma or venous malformation) is one of the 4 main vascular malformations. Developmental venous anomaly is usually benign and clinically silent. This report is of a patient with cerebellar developmental venous anomaly with draining vein thrombosis, complicated by nonhaemorrhagic venous infarct of the midbrain.
