In Table 1, on pages 328–9 of the above article, the ‘Complications’ column on page 329 should have read ‘Right groin haematoma at puncture site’ for the first patient (F / 81) and ‘-’ for the second patient (F / 93); and ‘Injury to left IEA’ for the fifth patient (F / 72) and ‘-’ for the sixth patient (F / 55).
